Pour mixture over egg whites, folding in until combined well. Spoon into a buttered casserole or straight-sided souffle dish. Combine brown sugar, conrflakes, pecans and 2 Tbsp. melted butter in a small bowl; sprinkle mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until puffed and firm. Serves 8.
